"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ten stars if I could. Best noodle shop on Sawtelle. For the last two years, Shoko and Josh have made Tsujita LA Artisan Noodles feel like a second home. They’ve memorized my order, welcomed me like family, and consistently delivered the best noodles on the street. I’ve eaten here up to 3x a week sometimes, rotating between the tsukemen and ramen—and it never misses. The noodles are elite, the broth is dialed, and the consistency is unmatched. But what really sets this place apart is the service from their entire staff and especially Shoko, Josh and let’s not forget Suki and Mama San! Genuine, warm, and always on point - there is no place like it on Sawtelle. If you’re on Sawtelle, eat here first. You won’t be disappointed!!!"

"My favorite food spot in all of LA. Josh is an awesome guy and a great server. Sachiko is another one of my favorites - she has my order memorized and always knows exactly what I want. The entire staff makes me feel at home here and the food is seriously the best around. My top 3 go tos are the chashu Tsukemen, the chashu bowl, and the spicy tuna bowl. This place is must visit."

"Came here specifically to try their world-famous tsukemen, and it did not disappoint. This isn't just a meal; it's an experience. The cold, perfectly firm noodles are meant for dipping into that incredibly rich and complex broth. The flavor is deep, savory, and utterly addictive. Following the recommended ritual, squeezing in the lime wedge for brightness and later diluting the broth with the provided soup stock transforms the dish and makes every bite interesting until the very last drop. Be prepared for a line, as this place is a true destination on Sawtelle. The service is efficient and focused on getting you to the good stuff quickly. For anyone looking for an authentic, standout noodle experience in LA, Tsujita is an absolute must-visit."

"The tsukumen here is as good as always. Came back for the first time in two years, and I got myself the spicy chasu tsukemen. Definitely recommend getting the chasu option if possible, as it's just noodles and chopped chasu in the sauce otherwise. Also recommend getting the regular over the spicy as the spice/saltiness was a bit too much towards the end. Overall, happy to see that one of my favorite places is still going very strong."

"Ramen’s are really hearty and the broth was delicious. Love the minced garlic they add as it brings out the flavor. Highly recommended."

"Really good ramen spot with lots of Naruto art and merch. They had their own IPA which I liked it was very smooth and paired with the ramen nicely. There wasn’t a long wait on a Saturday morning I would come back to try their dipping ramen. I got the spicy chashu ramen and it was delicious! The pork was thick and the egg perfectly cooked."
